Secretary
Pat Seuberling brings decades of nonprofit leadership, governance, and organizational stewardship to her role as Corporate Secretary for the Tinnitus Learning Health Network™ (TLHN). Her career spans executive leadership, board development, strategic planning, and institutional accountability across education, human services, faith-based organizations, and community foundations throughout the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region.
She has served as President and CEO of Tri State Nonprofit Consultants for more than a decade, advising nonprofit boards and executive teams on governance best practices, fundraising strategy, stewardship systems, and sustainable organizational design. Earlier executive roles include Executive Director of the Wyoming School Foundation and Princeton Education Foundation, where she managed operations, strengthened board structures, expanded community engagement, and delivered measurable growth in participation and revenue. Her background also includes senior development leadership at organizations such as Women Helping Women, Children’s Home of Northern Kentucky, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and multiple educational institutions, with a consistent focus on ethical governance, accountability, and mission integrity.
Across volunteer and professional roles—including nearly nine years as a consultant with the Executive Service Corps of Cincinnati (OneSource Center for Nonprofit Excellence) and ongoing service as Director of Outreach at St. Timothy Catholic Church—Pat has built a reputation for disciplined governance, thoughtful counsel, and deep commitment to community impact. Her experience provides TLHN™ with strong institutional grounding, continuity, and fiduciary rigor as the organization grows from early-stage network into a durable, trusted national entity.
